Our SWEAT classes are truly unique and offer more than just a workout. You'll leave with more than just a sweat, you feel energized and pumped up ready to take on the world.

Our SWEAT classes consist of a 45 minute circuit based cardio training, engaging a range of different methods for the ultimate SWEAT session. Our trainers not only encourage and you, but also educate and provide feedback during the class to make sure you are moving optimally and getting the most of every class.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, enhance your cardiovascular endurance, or simply get active, our SWEAT classes are perfect for you.

STRENGTH

Designed to cater to the general population, STRENGTH offers the benefits of resistance-based training through functional movements under load.

These classes are both fun and challenging, with your fitness level dictating the intensity of your workout. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or a newcomer, our classes are suited to all skill levels.

No matter what level of experience you have in the gym, our coaches will provide constant feedback during the class to make sure you are moving optimally and getting the most out of each lift!

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Our classes run for 45 minutes and consist of a multitude of training styles and techniques.

We combine functional movements with traditional gym lifting to give you a rounded approach to your training.

Offering two different styles of classes, SWEAT & STRENGTH, we don’t have a traditional ‘class timetable’, we run the same session for an entire day before it changes for the next day.

Therefore, all you need to do is get to the gym when it suits you rather than trying to line up a class you like with a time you can train. This also means that your training will always be different and you will never get bored of doing the same thing!
